The integrated conical burr grinder features 25 grind settings and intelligent dosing, automatically calculating the ideal coffee dose based on your previous grind. Its assisted tamping system applies a consistent 22 lb of pressure, followed by a 7° barista twist for a smooth, polished coffee puck.
The intelligent dosing system also features precision measurement and automatic correction, adjusting the next dose based on the previous grind and tamping results to help achieve consistent extraction.
A professional-style 54 mm stainless-steel portafilter delivers an ideal 18 g dose of freshly ground coffee, with both single- and dual-wall filter options for rich, full-bodied espresso.
For optimal extraction, the machine uses low-pressure pre-infusion, followed by 9-bar extraction powered by a 15-bar Italian pump, producing balanced espresso with a rich crema and complex flavor.
The Thermocoil heating system with PID temperature control maintains water at an accurate 200°F, helping ensure consistent brewing temperature and balanced flavor from shot to shot.
