We already had a De'Longhi, but this one is a huge upgrade and a much better fit for our family. It’s incredibly easy to use, and the screen guides you through every drink and cleaning step. The hot and cold milk frothers work great, and every drink tastes like it came from a coffee shop. I also love all the drink options, including hot cocoa and tea. The only downside is that the water tank could be bigger for a family of five. Overall, this espresso machine is fantastic.
